How do I cancel, change my card or get an invoice?
In your dashboard, open Billing and tap Manage billing. It opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card and download invoices. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your badge or Featured spot stays live until the end of the period you already paid for.
Steps
- Open your dashboard
- Go to Billing
- Tap Manage billing
- Cancel, update your card or download an invoice
